Was the NIGERIA 2015 Presidencial Elections Really a FREE and FAIR election

Nigeria is a country located in the western part of Africa with other countries like Ghana. Nigeria is a civilian ruled government who gained her independence in 1960. Nigeria 2015 general election was the 5th quadrennial election to be conducted since the end of the military rule in 1999. Electorates elected the president and the members of senate and the members of representative.
The election was first scheduled  to be held n 14 february 2015 both was later postponed to the 28 of march by the Independent Electoral Commission due to the curb of bokoharam insurgency in some parts of the country and poor distribution of Permanent Voters Cards. The Nigeria 2015 elections is regarded as the most expensive election in Africa and also the first election to involve the use of biometric card readers.

Was the Election FREE and FAIR

The election is said to be free and fair due to the reduction in crime rate and election rigging but today i think we all are missing a fact. Election in this modern day has advanced so has the rigging advanced. In other elections held before the 2015 elections, rigging is normal done with violence and barlot box stealing but in this day election, rigging is now being planned strategically in a way you won't suspect. Now lets get for details
Before the 2015 election rumours came out that the electoral commission chairman is working for President elect Gen Buhari but it was taking as irrelevant. But here is the truth, why is it that the PVC distributed covered over 90% of the northerners and about 45% of the southerners?. Did you also know that over 1.5million voted in the kano general elections but how come same figures wasn't calculated in the state house of assembly elections. Why the elections in the northern part hold without fights and petitions is it because it was actually free and fair its because its all well planned.
Few days back the IGP Mohammed Abubakar was relieved of his duty and replaced with Suleiman Abba as the acting IGP. This is traced to the Nigeria 2015 elections based on the roles he played with the Nigerian Police Force. Some Nigerians who witnessed the election still claim that the elections was a plan by Obasanjo to ruled the country for the third time through an indirect way and this led to rigging of the election by the men in power against his excellency Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.
