Nigerian student uses School Fees to buy Designers shoes

Nigerian student, a student of University of Benin bought a designers shoes worth over NGN30,000 just for his girlfriend to look good on her  birthday. After purchasing the shoes he started crying saying that was he foolish to use his school fees money to buy shoes.
